Vista Shopware, Inc. (“Company“, “we“, “us“, and “our“) provides this privacy policy to let our Users know how the information collected from them will be used and disseminated through (“Website”) when you access the Website or other online or mobile services.

In certain circumstances, The Company may be unable to delete your User Account, such as if there is an outstanding credit on your account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, The Company will delete your User Account as described above.
